Sales Manager

•Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

•Staying up-to-date with telecom industry trends, job market situation and training needs

•Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners

•Selling services related to telecom apprenticeship program design & update and providing apprentices

•Partner with education service providers to sell training programs via online

•Analyzing sales data to identify telecom apprenticeship trends and opportunities for growth

•Leading sales meetings, setting sales targets, and tracking performance metrics

•Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to stay competitive in the market.

•Developing and delivering sales presentations to clients and prospects

•Identifying new market opportunities and developing plans to enter new markets

•Managing customer feedback and addressing customer concerns

•Collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies

Operations Director

•Develop and implement operational policies and procedures of US Apprenticeship LLC from the scratch.

•Create and manage company financials including budgets, financial forecasts, resource planning and reports

•Set operational goals and monitor performance against those goals.

•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to telecommunication, and apprenticeship industry

•Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers and negotiate contracts for services. Evaluate vendor performance.

•Develop and implement marketing strategies and manage vendor of digital marketing

•Oversee company website by managing vendor for website development and maintenance

•Manage company presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

•Manage an online platform that is used by the company to match apprenticeship programs and apprentices/trainees and to provide virtual on demand training

•Lead and manage a team of operations support officer and finance support officer

•Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

•Stay current with telecomm and apprenticeship industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

•Provide regular reports and updates to CEO on operational and financial performance and key initiatives

Operations Support Officer

•Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational processes.

•Coordinate and oversee projects related to operational improvements and initiatives.

•Support Operations director in the development of budgets, resource planning, and forecasting.

•Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential operational risks.

•Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

•Manage an online platform that is used by the company to match apprenticeship programs and apprentices/trainees and to provide virtual on demand training

•Manage a database of apprenticeship candidates, apprenticeship providers, apprenticeship programs and all service online subscriptions of the company

•Track and manage CRM platform and time operations through the platform

•Provide support for other teams or departments as needed

Finance Support Officer

•Developing financial plans and budgets to ensure efficient use of financial resources of US Apprenticeship LLC

•Developing and monitoring financial performance metrics to evaluate organizational performance.

•Managing and overseeing financial transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax compliance. Manage third party for handling payroll and tax

•Conducting financial audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

•Managing risk by developing strategies to mitigate financial exposure.

•Ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards such as IFRS.

•Developing and implementing internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

•Managing debt and credit facilities to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk.

•Preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

•Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders

•Managing cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.

Apprenticeship Program Development Director 

•Develop and implement apprenticeship program policies and procedures for US Apprenticeship LLC

•Coordinate with clients to understand business needs and training needs and create apprenticeship frameworks

•Develop and implement apprenticeship program evaluation processes together with clients and assess the effectiveness of the program.

•Provide feedback to clients to improve program outcomes.

•Manage program budgets and funding sources.

•Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with apprenticeship program requirements.

•Conduct research and stay current with telecom industry trends and best practices related to apprenticeship programs.

•Evaluate and select appropriate technology and tools to support program development and delivery.

•Provide input on pricing strategies made by sales team

•Manage a team of Apprenticeship Program Development Specialists and enhance team’s professional development

•Track and report apprenticeship program development pipeline, progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

Apprenticeship Program Development Specialist

•Support Apprenticeship Program Development Director to define program framework

•Based on agreed apprenticeship framework develop end to end apprenticeship program with training materials and resources and handover to client

•Work hand in hand with Telecom Subject Matter Expert to build industry standard telecom apprenticeship program

•Conduct apprenticeship program demonstrations for clients and potential customers.

•Screen apprenticeship candidates to ensure eligibility to be introduced to clients

•Explain apprenticeship programs offered by clients and screen training candidates

•Explain online training program details to online education service providers

•Conduct feasibility studies together with Telecom subject matter expert for new training needs of clients

•Conduct research and stay current with telecom industry trends and best practices related to apprenticeship programs.

•Monitor and support apprenticeship program participants who are introduced to clients by the US Apprenticeship LLC

•Report to Apprenticeship Program Development Director

Telecom Subject Matter Expert

•Develop and maintain technical expertise in telecom products and services

•Provide technical support to sales and apprenticeship program development teams in order to drive revenue growth.

•Conduct technical feasibility studies for new training needs of clients

•Train and mentor apprenticeship program developers on technical aspects of telecom products and services.

•Collaborate with Apprenticeship Program Development Specialist to formulate  technical documentation and design new telecom apprenticeship programs

•Conduct apprenticeship program demonstrations for clients and potential customers..

•Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the telecom industry.

•Provide input on apprenticeship program positioning and messaging based on technical knowledge.

•Work with sales teams to provide technical input for proposals and bids.

•Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies.

•Stay up-to-date with changes and advancements in the telecom industry.

HR & Community Development Director

•Develop and implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation.

•Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling staff.

•Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.

•Develop and implement community relationship programs to create awareness of apprenticeship programs among educational institutions

•Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to find out apprentices to be introduced to clients

•Work with Operations Director to implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote community awareness

•Represent US Apprenticeship LLC in community service-related events and initiatives.

•Monitor and evaluate community awareness program outcomes to ensure effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

•Train and manage community service officer to support community relationship programs of US Apprenticeship LLC

•Report to CEO

Community Relationship Officer

•Conduct outreach to different educational institution, universities, colleges, workforce development agencies to create awareness of telecom apprenticeship programs

•Act as a liaison between US Apprenticeship LLC and educational institutions, facilitating communication and fostering positive relationships

•Make agreement with educations institutions to identify and connect with potential apprenticeship candidates in order to introduce to clients of US Apprenticeship LLC

•Plan and attend events and activities related to job creation, employment and apprenticeship

•Conduct outreach to underrepresented groups in the community to ensure inclusivity and diversity.

•Promote mission and values of US Apprenticeship LLC to the community through outreach efforts and marketing materials by collaborating with Operations team

•Manage and track community outreach efforts and report on progress to senior management.

•Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community outreach efforts and make recommendations for improvement.

Administrative Assistant

•Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

•Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings

•Preparing and distributing memos, letters, reports, and other documents

•Handling travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels

•Managing and maintaining files, records, and databases

•Coordinating office events and activities

•Greeting and directing visitors to the office
